Suerte Selections currently ships within the Netherlands.
Orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner based in the Netherlands, who ensures safe and timely delivery.
We’re working to expand shipping options to other EU countries in the near future — sign up for our newsletter or contact us directly for updates.
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.
Refunds & RETURNS
As a small business working with limited-production wines, we’re unable to accept general returns.
If your order arrives damaged or a bottle breaks in transit, please contact us within 7 days at suerte@suerteselections.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.
In those cases, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no need to return the damaged bottle.
We handle each situation personally and in good faith, but refunds are only issued in clear and verifiable cases of damage or loss during shipping.
